Introducing interest-based advertising – action required for your AdSense account

Many of you might have seen this E-Mail from google adsense, I’m not sure if it’s good news or bad news, I guess it depend how you use adsense for your contents site. Any feedback feel free to comments. I will be looking at it and add comments to this post later.
